Can we consult a Psychiatrist at Sahanaya?
No, as at the moment we do not conduct an out-patient psychiatric clinic.
However clients who attend the day care centre at Borella would be referred to our visiting Consultant Psychiatrist for reviewing, as and when necessary.
Are residential facilities available at Sahanaya for clients with long-term psychiatric illnesses?
Residential facilities are provided at Sahanaya Centre at Gorakana, Panadura.
The Borella resource centre conducts a day-care programme, aiming to rehabilitate clients.

When can we come to Sahanaya?
Sahanaya is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.30pm, except on poya days and mercantile holidays.
