Welcome to Sahanaya
The National Council for Mental Health is a community mental health resource centre for rehabilitation, education and training in mental health care. Established in 1982, it was incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1986. It is registered with the Department of Social Services as a Non Governmental Organization and approved as a charity by the Ministry of Finance for tax purposes. It maintains Borella Resource Centre and Gorakana Residential Facility.

Hair Cutting Service – 06th Aug 2010
Voluntary services of two hair dressers have been obtained for hair cutting of clients on a Friday once in two months free of charge. the first such engagement was held on 06-08-2010.
